No Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or emergencies

  • Changes in event programming

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event terms.
   

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Better Cities - ATL, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.

• In the case of cancellation, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit for future events or offer alternative arrangements.
